Delete Your Account

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

⚠️ Before you proceed

Deleting your account will permanently remove:

  • Your entire coin balance (non-recoverable)
  • Your quest history and progress
  • Your card collection data
  • Your order history
  • Your saving box progress
  • Your profile and all personal information

Active orders that have not yet been shipped will still be fulfilled before your data is removed.

Option 1: Delete from the App

The fastest way to delete your account:

  1. Open TCGQuest on your device
  2. Go to Profile tab
  3. Scroll to Account Settings
  4. Tap "Delete Account"
  5. Confirm by entering your password

Your account will be deleted immediately.

Option 2: Request Deletion by Email

If you cannot access the app, email us to request account deletion:

Deletion requests are processed within 48 hours. You will receive a confirmation email when your account has been deleted. If you have any active subscriptions, please cancel them separately through your device's app store to avoid future charges.
