These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TCGQuest mobile application ("App") operated by SwiftBuy Solutions LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use TCGQuest. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed. You may not create multiple accounts or share your account with others.
TCGQuest features a virtual currency ("Coins") that can be earned through quests, daily activities, and other in-app actions. Coins:
We reserve the right to adjust coin values, earning rates, and product pricing at any time.
Quests are provided through third-party partners (offer walls). We do not guarantee the availability, completion criteria, or reward amounts of any quest. Reward crediting may take up to 72 hours after quest completion is verified by the partner.
Products in the TCGQuest Shop are subject to availability and stock limits. Once a redemption order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. Shipping times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers.
TCGQuest offers optional premium subscription tiers (Silver, Gold, Diamond) with enhanced benefits. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's subscription settings. Refunds are subject to Apple/Google's refund policies.

We employ automated fraud detection systems that monitor account activity. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity may be temporarily restricted or permanently banned. Coin balances associated with fraudulent activity will be forfeited without compensation.
User-generated content (delivery photos, community posts) must not contain offensive, harmful, or inappropriate material. We reserve the right to moderate and remove content at our discretion.
The App, its design, features, and content are owned by SwiftBuy Solutions LLC and protected by copyright and trademark laws. Trading card game names, logos, and images are trademarks of their respective owners. TCGQuest is not affiliated with or endorsed by any trading card game publisher.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App or via our account deletion page. Upon deletion, your coin balance and account data will be permanently removed.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SwiftBuy Solutions LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
