SwiftBuy Solutions LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the TCGQuest mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address, display name, and profile avatar.

Device Information: We automatically collect device type, operating system version, unique device identifier, and IP address for security and fraud prevention.

Usage Data: We collect information about your interactions with the App, including quests completed, coins earned, products redeemed, and feature usage patterns.

Shipping Information: If you redeem products, we collect your name and shipping address to fulfill your order.

Payment Information: Premium subscription payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not store your payment card details.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through the App or via our account deletion page.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), Row Level Security on all database tables, and device fingerprinting for fraud prevention. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Children's Privacy

TCGQuest is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
