Frequently Asked Questions

How do I earn coins?

Complete quests from the Quests tab — play games, watch videos, complete surveys, and more. Each completed quest credits coins to your balance. You also earn coins through daily streaks and mystery chests.

How long does it take to receive coins?

Most quest rewards are credited within minutes. Some partner offers may take up to 72 hours to verify and credit. If you haven't received coins after 72 hours, contact us below.

How do I redeem products?

Go to the Shop tab, browse available products, and tap "Redeem" on any item you have enough coins for. Enter your shipping address and confirm your order. Products are typically shipped within 3-5 business days.

Can I cancel an order?

Once an order is confirmed and coins are deducted, it cannot be cancelled. Please verify your shipping address before confirming.

How do I manage my subscription?

Premium subscriptions are managed through your device's app store. On iOS, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. On Android, go to Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from the Profile tab in the app, or use our account deletion page. Note that deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
